Restaurant & Outdoor Patio Renovation

Benchmark partnered with the owners of Lititz Springs Inn & Spa, a Lititz institution, to update and enhance its formal dining room and cocktail bar. The Sutter consists of multiple dining, bar and lodging venues centered around an original 1764 historic inn. The main dining room and bar had not been renovated significantly since the early 1970s. The primary objective was to update the finishes and décor while maintaining the room layout and enlarging the bar.

The space was completely gutted, and construction consisted of new wood framing and drywall, MEPs, flooring, lighting, and a completely new bar.

In 2023, we partnered with Lititz Springs Inn & Spa to completely reimagine their outdoor dining experience. Our team completely demolished their existing brick patio, leveled the area, and reused the bricks for the newly enlarged patio. The outdoor area features a foundation with seating, an oversized outdoor dining area, and a covered full-service bar.
